1. Returns

  • Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be sent through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
  • Refund process may take 3โ€“5 working days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or customized items cannot be returned.
  • Certain personal care items may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will replace it free of cost.
